Manifesting is the process of attracting something we desire into our lives. To do this, we can use the power of the mind to create our own reality, through the Law of Attraction.

Anyone can manifest their desires by setting a clear intention. Believing you’ll have abundance, a better relationship, or even a new career makes it more likely that you will.

There are many methods for manifesting, including complex techniques that require knowledge of angel numbers and other aspects of spirituality. But for beginners who aren’t sure where to start, the next section will show a simple method using crystals.

Why do Crystals Enhance the Manifesting Process?

Crystals help the manifesting process by removing energy blockages that could prevent you achieving your desires. These energetic blockages often go unnoticed, making them a common reason for problems when manifesting.

How to Use Crystals for Manifestation (Step-By-Step)

Step 1: Choose the Right Crystal

Start by deciding on your goal or intention, then choose a crystal that aligns with that intention. 

There are always multiple stones you could use, so trust your intuition when choosing. There aren’t any wrong choices, but it’s important that the stone resonates with you as well as the intention. This energetic connection will speed up the manifestation.

Step 2: Cleanse the Crystal

Once you’ve chosen your crystal, the next step is to cleanse it. Crystals absorb negative energy from people or the environment they come in contact with, so you need to rid them of this influence.

Whichever cleansing method you choose, check that it’s safe for your crystal. Not all crystals are suitable for water or sunlight cleansing.

Step 3: Charge the Crystal

After cleansing, the next step is to charge your crystal. This restores both the crystal’s energy and its highest frequency, making it more effective for manifesting.

Step 4: Set Your Intention

When you set an intention, you’re overlaying a desire onto the crystal’s energetic footprint. This is a vital part of the process, so don’t rush it.

1. Before starting, make sure you’re clear about your intention. Keep it simple, specific, and positive, as the Universe needs a clear understanding of what you’re asking.
2. Ensure your environment is right for performing this spiritual practice. Turn off your phone and create a peaceful space with candles. Incense and high energy crystals can also help to set the right mood.  
3. Start with a few cleansing breaths to clear your mind.
4. While holding the crystal, speak your intention (either out loud or in your mind.) Finish by saying ‘for the highest good.’
5. Repeat this three times and then thank the crystal.

Step 5: Visualise the Outcome

Setting an intention is only the start of manifesting. To increase your chance of success, you should visualise the outcome every morning.

Make the visualisation vivid and detailed, as if you’ve already received the outcome. Then allow it to fade into the back of your mind as you get on with the day.

Visualising is an empowering technique. Aside from reinforcing your desires, visualisation makes it more likely for you to notice signposts towards the goal that are provided by the Universe.

Crystal grids amplify the flow of healing energy. You can use different crystals which work together to focus their energies on your intention. 

• Set a clear intention – Find a peaceful place and say out loud, in your head, or write your intention down to give it more power.
• Select your grid – I like to use a spiral grid or flower of life for abundance and prosperity. 
• Choose your selections of stones – Choose stones whose healing energies align with your intention. 
• Place your stones purposefully – As you place each crystal on your grid, keep your focus on your intention.

Note: If you’re using a spiral grid, start with the stones pointing outward to remove any negativity surrounding the situation. Then reverse the stones, so they point inwards, to draw abundance energy into your intention.
